Research, Innovation & Impact announces Fall 2024 Core Facilities Pilot Program grant recipients
Sept. 10, 2024
The Office of Research, Innovation & Impact (RII) has announced the Fall 2024 RII Core Facilities Pilot Program (CFPP) grant recipients. The CFPP is a quarterly internal grant supporting research projects averaging $10,000 that use RII's core facilities.
Faculty may apply for funding to develop new research methods or techniques, gather preliminary data for larger grant proposals or provide technical training to students. Each proposal is evaluated on its scientific value, feasibility and potential to develop new methods that benefit multiple researchers or lead to external grant applications. Proposals offering technical training to students, especially from marginalized groups, are prioritized.
